Getting tired of your fitness routine exercises? Well, seek no further. TWO UNIQUE FITNESS CLASSES to choose from:

Aerial Conditioning & Strength

Gets you started with Aerial Arts technique as a form of fitness regimen. This 1-hour workout is the beginning stage to Aerial Dance Fitness© class, an intense workout that includes traditional ground warm-ups and simulate exercises on aerial apparatus. The class moves on to exercises on 2-3 aerial apparatus including tissu/ silk, hammock, hoop and/or trapeze focusing on core balance and strength. It is in this class that you will learn to do various pull-ups, straddles, climbs, crochets, pull-overs and hip keys on aerial apparatus. (No TRICK combinations).

  • When: Fridays 7-8pm Additional classes are on stand-by depending on reservations.
  • Tuition Fees: $65/4 classes* or $110./8 classes*; $ 20./Drop-ins

Aerial Yoga with Hammock:

A full body fitness work-out catered to any individual shape or age, this class uses an aerial hammock in various ways including suspensions, inversions, swings, core balance,spins, and floor assistance in order to accomplish a different approach to fitness training. Our unique syllabus is centered to work on body extremities and core to develop strength, flexibility, motor dynamics, spinal alignment, endurance, reflex sharpness, balance and somatic perceptions. This is a 1-hour class.

  • When:
    Mondays: 7:00 pm @ Costa Mesa
    Thursdays: 12:00 noon @ Costa Mesa. Advance reservation is strictly required via email: info@rubykaren.com
